If you have edited the Receipt or Invoice template to your Chintaro\Data\Templates folder, you will need to add them to the system through System Maintenance.
From the Home Screen, click System Maintenance, then click Preferences. The Preferences screen will open.
Click Tenancies Rent:
Go down to the Invoice Template or the Receipt Template fields:
For Invoices: Select the new Invoice template from the drop down list. (This drop down list will show you all of the templates in your Chintaro\Data\Templates folder).
For Receipts: Select the new Receipt template from the drop down list. (This drop down list will show you all of the templates in your Chintaro\Data\Templates folder).
Exit the screen to use the new Invoice/Receipt template.
