The Demographics Section of the Client screen is used for statistical and statutory reporting (including the NAHA/Data Collection Report).
This solution covers the sections for both:
Australian Demographics
Field | Screenshot | Description |
Car Owner? | Tick the Car Owner box if your Client owns a car which is useful when determining suitable Properties for Clients who are car owners. | |
Australian Resident? | Defaults to ticked or ‘true’. Untick this box if your Client is not an Australian Resident. | |
South Sea Islander? | Tick the box if applicable, leave unticked if not. | |
Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander? | Tick the box if applicable, leave unticked if not. | |
Country Where Born | Select the country where your Client was born from the drop down list. | |
Proficiency Spoken English | Select the appropriate field for your Client’s proficiency in spoken English (either “Good” or “Interpreter Required”). | |
Proficiency Written English | Select the appropriate field for your Client’s proficiency in written English (either “Good” or “Interpreter Required”). | |
Aboriginality | Select your Client's Aboriginality from the drop down list. | |
Main Language | Select the primary language for your Client from the drop down list. |
New Zealand Demographics

Accomm Supplement | Select the Accommodation Supplement suitable for your Client from the drop down list. | |
IWI | Select your Client's IWI from the drop down list. |
