If you receive an 'Error # 3048 Cannot Open Any More Databases' it usually means that there is too many things happening on your PC and it has run out of resources. In the first instance, try shutting down your PC and restarting. 

If you receive the message after restarting, please contact support@chintaro.com.au with the exact path of how you go to this message (EG From Home > Clicked Tenancy in the Toolbar, then searched for a Tenant using the Surname column, then opened a Tenancy screen and got the error message) so that we can investigate further.
