If you are missing a Transaction Type from the Tenancy Transactions ledger, the ledger will appear with gaps in the Txn Type column:
1. From the Home Page, go to System Maintenance> Reference Tables> Transaction Types.
2. Look for the empty box in the Transaction Type column.
3. Once found, enter the Transaction Type that you are missing in this box. In this example, we are missing the Tenant Maint. Payment.
4. Exit the screen. The Transaction Type will now be reinstated on the Tenancy Transactions ledger.
