If the Market Rent of a Room needs to be set at $0.00 and the Room is not tenanted in Chintaro, please follow the steps in the How to do a Market Rent Review solution to update the market rent of the room.
Take care to only select the one room, and the correct date, for the new rent rate of $0.00.
Alternatively, if the room has a Vacated Tenancy, you can go to the Vacated Tenancy record and click the Edit Rent button to make the change to the Market Rent.
