What is the General Screen used for in Chintaro Insights?

Chintaro Insights populates the General screen with the metrics and data required for many community and social housing organisations to measure their performance. The types of information that the screen presents include tenancy management, housing asset management and complaint management.


All organisations who wish to track their performance will benefit from using this screen to gauge how they are tracking against standardised metrics.
