Error # 3464 Data type mismatch

If you receive an Error # 3464 Data type mismatch error it will appear as below:

Forecast Maintenance reports

If this error occurs when you are running the Forecast Maintenance Detail or Forecast Maintenance Summary report, it is due to missing Scheduled Date on one or more of your Forecast Maintenance Tasks.

To rectify the issue: 

From the Home screen, open Property Maintenance > Manage Property Forecast Maintenance

Sort or filter your ScheduledDate column to identify tasks with no date. 

Open each Forecast Maintenance Task and add the correct scheduled date.

Once all tasks have a scheduled date, your reports will preview or print without error.
