Logging into Chintaro Cloud via RDP

To log into Chintaro Cloud using Remote Desktop, please follow the steps outlined below.

Step 1. Launch Remote Desktop Connection by searching for this program using the search field on your task bar:

Step 2. Remote Desktop Connection will launch and you will see a pop up like this:

Step 3.  Enter the Computer, Username and Password that Chintaro Support has provided to you and then click CONNECT.

Step 4. When Remote Desktop connects, you will see the shortcuts available on the Chintaro Cloud Desktop.

Step 5. You can now log into Chintaro as normal by double-clicking on the Chintaro icon. 

Step 6. Your Printers and Drives are redirected by Remote Desktop. This is managed in Remote Desktop connection properties under the Local Resources tab.
