If you have received the error 'Error #3343: DAO.QueryDef Unrecognized database format 'C:\CHINTARO\chintaroSQL.mdb', the code database (version of Chintaro) on your PC is corrupt.
To fix this, go to a PC that Chintaro is working, and go to the C:\Chintaro folder, copy the ChintaroSQL.mdb file, and either put it on a USB stick or somewhere on the Server.
Then go back to the PC with the error message and either open the USB stick and copy the chintaroSQL.mdb file from the USB to the C:\Chintaro folder, or drag the copied ChintaroSQL.mdb file from the Server down to the PC.
Click 'Copy and Replace'.
The error will not appear.
