If you have received the error Error DAO Recordset. Database is Read Only this is most likely due to a permissions issue on a Chintaro folder, or caused by several users accessing the same copy of the code database (chintaro.mdb).
To rectify this issue:
1. Please ask IT to check that all users have FULL read and write access to the database folders, and
2. Ensure all users have their own copy of the code database
