Error: 'ID' is not an index in this table (Access)

Use this solution if you are the only user experiencing the error message. Contact support@chintaro.com.au if this message is appearing for all users. 



If once user has attempted to log in to Chintaro but they are getting the above error, their code database has become corrupted. 


To fix this, go to a PC that Chintaro is working on and copy the code database (chintaro.mdb) from the C:\Chintaro folder. 


Go back to the PC with the error and replace the corrupt chintaro.mdb on the C:\ drive with the working chintaro.mdb file. 


Open Chintaro and the issue will be resolved.
