Error #3049: CHINTARO Cannot open database ". It may not be a database that your application recognizes, or the file may be corrupt.

If you have received the following error, the PC that Chintaro is installed on has a corrupt copy of the code database (chintaro.mdb):


To fix this, log out of Chintaro on this PC and go to a PC that Chintaro is working on. 


Navigate to the C:\CHINTARO folder and copy the chintaro.mdb file from this drive, to either a location on the shared drive or a USB stick.


Go back to the PC with the corrupt code, and copy the chintaro.mdb from the stick/network drive down to the C:\CHINTARO folder.
