If you have received the error 'Unrecognised Database Format c:\chintaro\chintaro.mdb', your chintaro.mdb file on your PC is corrupt.
To fix this, go to a PC that Chintaro is working, and go to the C:\Chintaro folder, copy the Chintaro.mdb file, and either put it on a USB stick or somewhere on the Server.
Then go back to the PC with the error message and either open the USB stick and copy the chintaro.mdb file from the USB to the C:\Chintaro folder, or drag the copied Chintaro.mdb file from the Server down to the PC.
Click 'Copy and Replace'.
The error will not appear.
