Chintaro 'hanging' after logging in

If you double click on the Chintaro icon, enter your username and password and the system 'hangs' (does not go any further and you are not able to see the search screen), it cannot find a file for startup.


Chintaro needs 4 files to start up, and these are located in your \\SERVER\\Chintaro\Data folder:



If one of these files is missing, it cannot open and will 'hang'.
