The Current Users function is where you are able to see who is logged in to the system on your network, and can be used to log people off the system. This solution details:
- Viewing all users currently logged in
- If you need to force 1 user to log off
- If you need to force ALL users to log off
- Viewing all sessions that had previously logged in
- Access Users - Logged In Screen
Viewing all users currently logged in
To view who is currently logged in to Chintaro, from the Home Screen, click System Maintenance, then click Current Users and the Current Users screen will open:
If you need to force 1 user to log off
In the event that one user needs to be logged out remotely, a System Administrator can log a single user off by highlight their row and click on the Force Out button to log them off:The status in the Force logout column will change to True and the session will be closed for that user.
If you need to force ALL users to log off
The status in the Force logout column will change to True and the session will be closed for that user.
Viewing all sessions that had previously logged in
To show all sessions that had previously logged in, click the Show All button. All sessions will be listed. To show only those logged in again, click Logged In Only.

For Access Users, the screen will look like this. If you wish to log a user off, double click on their row to force log them off.
