The Reports Groups tab is where you can restrict access to different report groups (in Reports and Exports). 


To restrict/allow access to Report Groups, from the Security screen, click the Reports Groups tab




The columns in the Report Groups screen correspond with the User Roles in the User Maintenance Tab. Level 1 is 1, Level 2 is 2, Level 3 is 3, etc.



To restrict (or allow) access to Report Groups, untick (or untick) the corresponding box for the User Role.
