Error # - 2147467259 Microsoft Outlook – Outlook does not recognise one or more of the names.
This error appears when trying to send emails through Chintaro. When the email is duplicated as a contact in Outlook, Chintaro is unable to resolve their email so sends an error.
To fix this, remove all instances of the contact from Outlook. then resend the email via Chintaro.
If the error message still appears, get in touch with Chintaro Support at support@chintaro.com.au and we'll investigate.
