If you receive this error when trying to connect to Chintaro Cloud, then there is an issue with the version of Parallels Client that is installed on your computer.
To fix this issue, you should uninstall Parallels Client completely from the computer, before reinstalling according to the instructions here: Installing Parallels Client for Chintaro Cloud
