**UPDATE: The July update of Microsoft Office 365 has resolved all issues. It is now safe to update Office 365 and turn on automatic updates for the future. See how to update Office 365 in this solution.
The May 2022 update of Microsoft Office 365 includes some code changes within Access (a component of your Chintaro setup) which has had global unintended consequences for Access users. If your version of Office 365 has been automatically updated, the issue will present itself in Chintaro through one of the below 'Record is Deleted' error messages popping up while you are using the system. Microsoft is currently working on a fix for this issue.
Should you encounter these error messages, the following solution details how to remedy the issue by rolling back from Microsoft's May release back to their April version, and details how to prevent the update from occurring on machines until such time as Microsoft advise the issue is resolved.
