If you use Chintaro SQL and you have experienced the error message below, you have a corrupt version of the code database:

The code database (chintaroSQLx.accdb) is found either in the C Drive of the users PC, or in the %Users% directory of Citrix. 

The issue can be fixed by copying a version of the code database from another PC that is working, and pasting that code database over the corrupt version on this PC. Click Copy and Replace.
