If you are attempting to vacate a Tenant and you get the error message below (#2467), it is likely that someone has sent the Opening Balance transaction to the buffer account, and there are no Transactions in the Tenancy Transaction table.
Chintaro requires at least 1 transaction in the Tenancy Transactions table if you wish to vacate a Tenant.
To fix this, click the blue Tenancy Transactions button:
Click
Transaction Type: Credit
Date: Any date/today
Amount: $0.00
Comments: Opening Balance *Not required.
Click Add.
You can now vacate your Tenant. If the error message persists please contact support at support@chintaro.com.au.
