Tenancies occur when you allocate a Client (or a household) in to one of your Properties. This is usually covered by a Tenancy Agreement between your Organisation and your Tenant(s). 

In Chintaro, a Tenancy must always have one Primary Tenant. If there is more than one Client in the Tenancy, one Client will be allocated as the Primary Tenant, and other Tenants will be Related Tenants. This doesn’t give any additional rights/responsibilities to the Primary Tenant.
