1. Creating an account

You may have been emailed login details from the Chintaro Support team as part of your Chintaro Implementation, or otherwise, simply go straight to the Chintaro Learning website and create your account either from the Login Page or the Home Page following the instructions below.

Of course, if you have issues at any time you can always ask the Support Team for assistance.

If you have received login details from the Chintaro Support Team, scroll down to the login instructions.  On the Home page use the 'Click Here' button to sign up to start your first Chintaro training course.

On the Log in page use the Create new account button if it is your first time here.

To create an account you will need to fill in all required fields:

Select Create my new account to confirm.

You will receive a confirmation email with your credentials and a link that will take you to the Chintaro learning site. If you have not received an activation email, check your SPAM and JUNK folder.

2. Activating your account

Use the link in the email to activate your account in Chintaro Learning. You will be able to proceed with training by clicking Continue:

3. Logging in

Once you have your account information you are able to log in and continue your training at any time.  Navigate to this website: Link to Chintaro Learning then type your Username and Password. Select Log In.

4. Dashboard

Your dashboard is the hub of your training. Once you are enrolled in one or more courses you will see them on this page in the Course Overview section. All of the Course Categories are on the right-hand side of the page:

5. Navigating Chintaro Learning

Throughout the Chintaro Learning site you are free to switch between pages by using the navigation tabs at the top of the screen at all times (apart from when you are completing a module - more on this later):

You will also see that there is a chain of pages which you can use to track your navigation throughout the site. You can click on any of these links to take you to that page.

6. Enrolling in courses and modules

*****DISCLAIMER*****

All new users are required to enrol in our Audio Enabled courses. Please note - from now on self enrolment is only enabled for these courses (pictured below):

As you will have seen, upon logging in to Chintaro Learning for the first time you will see that there are no courses listed in your course overview. This is because you are entitled to enrol in any course that is relevant to your own needs. To enrol in a course you can either click on All Courses or use the 'Course Categories’ section to select a course from within those categories:

For example we will select Introduction Training (Beginner) from the Course list.

On the next page you will see the Enrol me button, clicking this will enrol you in this course. The next page that pops up will confirm that you have enrolled in the course.

It will then show up on your dashboard, along with your progress in the course:

7. Accessing and completing modules within courses

When you are enrolled in a course, you have access to modules that you will work through to complete your training with Chintaro Learning.

To access a module you need to go into your course and scroll down to the modules. Click on the module you wish to begin (we will select the first module in this course):

You will then be taken to this page, to begin the module select Enter:

8. Attempts Management

****PLEASE NOTE****

We suggest completing a module in one sitting, this is for a multitude of reasons but most importantly you will gain the most knowledge from the module this way. However, if you need to leave a module for any reason and continue at a later time, simply exit the window and you can come back to the module when you are ready.

When you return to the module, you will notice the page looks different; there is now an option to start a new attempt. This is only applicable if you failed the quiz in the previous attempt, but if you are just returning to your original attempt, leave the tick box empty and click Enter:

When you enter the quiz, this message will pop up. ALWAYS select Yes for this message. If you select No your completion tracking will be thrown off - you can try the quiz again but it is not recorded as a new attempt.

****FAILURE OF QUIZ****

If you have failed the quiz, you are required to start a new attempt. Do not enter the module again and retake the quiz! To start a new attempt, ensure the tick box is ticked and then you can click Start:
