If you are trying to update Chintaro SQLx sometimes you may receive errors trying to login to Chintaro similiar to the screenshot below:

If you do, follow these steps to try to resolve it:

  1. Re-download the update from the latest link.  (Do this even if you have already successfully downloaded it)
  2. Open SSMS and re-run the scripts.
  3. Copy across the ChintaroSQLx.accdb from the download in step 1 for everyone that is accessing Chintaro (it may be on their local drive).

If you continue to get errors after this, take a screenshot of any error messages and email them to support@chintaro.com.au
