If your Organisation has changed office address, email address or phone number you will need to change these details in Chintaro, the Support Portal and the Training Portal. You will also need to advise Chintaro if you have changed your email address so we can keep you up to date with any information on new releases and newsletters.


How to change organisation details in Chintaro


From the Home Screen click System Maintenance > Organisation Details: 



Edit any of the information in the screen that's required.


Click the Back button and click Preferences:



Edit any of the information in the screen that's required.


If you have two email addresses cc'd on every work order that is sent out and you have changed your organisations email address, click the Maintenance tab and edit the fields Work Order Email CC (1) and Work Order Email CC (2).



How to change organisation details in Support Portal


If your organisation has changed names and in turn changed email addresses, you will not need to update this in the support portal as next time you send a ticket to support your email address will reflect the new extension. If you would like to merge old email address in the support portal with your new email address to see the history of tickets sent to support please contact support@chintaro.com.au.



How to change organisation details in Training Portal


If you have registered for the Chintaro training portal and your email address has changed, from the home screen of the portal click on your name at the top of the screen and go down to My Info:



When in the My Info section, edit your email address and organisation details as required:



Click Update User to save.
