Which version of Chintaro is my Organisation currently running?

From time to time, you may be unsure which version of Chintaro you are running and whether you need to update. To find out which version you are using, please log into Chintaro and see this solution.


TABLE OF CONTENTS


CHINTARO ACCESS

The version number and effective date can be found on the home screen of Chintaro.  If you are a Chintaro Access user, your version will look something like this Version 2020.04.08 Access.



CHINTARO SQL

The version number and effective date can be found on the home screen of Chintaro. If you are a Chintaro SQL user, your version will look something like this Version 2020.04.08 SQLx



I am not sure if we are using SQLx or ACCESS?

If you are unsure what version your organisation is running you can check this from the home screen of Chintaro. If you are running CHINTARO ACCESS, the version number will look like this and have 'Access' in the title:



If you are running CHINTARO SQLx, the version number will look like this and have 'SQLx' in the title:



How do I know if my version is up to date?

Chintaro Support releases new versions on a regular basis. You can check what the latest version by looking at the home screen in Chintaro.  If you are running the latest version it will look something like this:

 


If there is a newer version available it will show the release number of the newest version:



If your version is older than the version that is currently available, you will need to update it using the solution for SQLx or ACCESS
