Audit Functions - How to view the Property Note Buffer Account

The Property Note Buffer Account is where the Property Notes are sent to when they are removed from a Property record in Chintaro. 

To access the Property Notes Buffer Account screen, from the Audit Sub-Menu, click View Property Note Buffer:

Sort or filter the screen to search for Notes regarding Property Name, Note Type or Title, Note Body, the User who sent the Note to the Buffer Account (Last Updated) or any combination of these.

You are able to Print or Export the data from the  Property Note Buffer Account by clicking the corresponding function at the top of the screen.
