Audit Functions - How to view the Tradesperson Notes Buffer Account

The Tradesperson Notes Buffer Account is where the Maintenance Notes are sent to when they are removed from a Property record in Chintaro.

To access the Tradesperson Notes Buffer Account screen, from the Audit Sub-Menu, click View TradesPeople Note Buffer:

 Sort or filter the screen to search for Notes regarding a Trading Name, Note Type or Title, Note Body, the User who sent the Note to the Buffer Account (Last Updated) or any combination of these.

You are able to Print or Export the data from the Tradesperson Note Buffer Account by clicking the corresponding function at the top of the screen.
