Refer to this Solution if you are sending an SMS from Chintaro and receive the below error message, Error: 102 SMS GlobalMsgID:
This error is a message from SMSGlobal, not from Chintaro. Chintaro are unable to diagnose an error message from a third party, however if you wish to there are couple of checks you can do before contacting SMSGlobal Support.
What could this error mean?
"Error 102 Destination not covered or Unknown prefix" could mean that the number you are sending to is invalid or incorrect. Please check that the phone number you are SMSing is correct and try again.
It could also mean that the State/Country listed in System Maintenance > Preferences > Organisation Details is set up incorrectly and does not match your actual State/Country:
If you have checked the phone number as well as your preferences and are still unable to send an SMS - please contact SMSGlobal directly to discuss the error message.
