Each year at the end of July, CP&G will send you an Excel spreadsheet to update your CP&G debenture register. You can import this directly into Chintaro.
Save the CP&G spreadsheet anywhere on your computer (EG downloads)
From the Reports & Exports Sub-Menu, click SA Reports and CPG Debenture Register Update and the CPG Debenture Register Update screen will open:
Enter the As At Date (You may need to change this date to 1st July of the current year which will usually be the correct date for valuations of stock).
Find and select the file that you saved in Step 1 in the Input Folder field.
Click the 
button. Your properties will be updated, and a note will be recorded in each property's note section:
