Troubleshooting Display Issues Using Parallels Client on the Cloud

Modified on Mon, 04 Jul 2022 at 10:40 AM

When using Chintaro on the Cloud, most users have Parallels Client installed on their local machines to access Chintaro, as well as other applications such as Outlook, File Explorer, and Excel.  Sometimes issues can arise displaying the different applications when using multiple monitors.  This solution goes over a few trouble-shooting steps to try to resolve any issues.

Note:

  1. After applying any changes to Parallels client you must logout fully, then log back in to test the change.  You can't just disconnect or end the application.
  2. If you are using the HTML5 version of Parallels, or are accessing it through an internal application, you will need to have Parallels Client installed locally to make these changes.  The changes will still be reflected when you use your preferred method of access.
