One of the most helpful things you can do when lodging a Support Ticket is to include a screenshot along with your description of what occurred.
This allows your Support Agent to see the issue you are having directly, meaning we can work on getting your request sorted much quicker and more efficiently.
How to Take a Screenshot:
If your computer is running Windows 7 or Windows 10, it will come included with a program called "Snipping Tool" or "Snip & Sketch". To access it press the "Windows" key (typically a four squares icon near the space bar) and type "Snip".
You will then get Snipping Tool (or Snip & Sketch) pop up.
You will then need to drag a square frame over what you would like to include in your screen shot.
In Snipping Tool, Click Edit > Copy
Go to your ticket (or create a new one) and Paste the screenshot there (either right click Paste or press Ctrl+V)
If you are unable to locate Snipping Tool there is another method using the Prt Scr a.k.a. Print Screen button on your keyboard. This key is typically located above the 4 directional arrows, on the top row of the keyboard.
This button will take a picture of everything on your desktop(s).
If you want to Print Screen one window, hold down the Alt key + press Prt Scr, this will take a screen shot of the active window (one you last clicked on) handy if you need to capture one window.
After pressing the Print Screen key it will be 'automatically' Copied. Simply Paste it into the ticket.
Be sure to include an accurate description of what you are capturing and the problem you are having then press Send and a Support Agent will be able to help you out.
