To find the version and effective date you are currently running go to the Home Screen of Chintaro. The version and effective date are on the top left-hand corner of the screen as shown in the screenshot below:

ACCESS:

Version: Chintaro releases versions for major changes throughout the year. e.g The Access screenshot shows version 6.1.21 the next would be 6.1.22.

Effective Date: In between releasing versions we make necessary fixes and enhancements to the system as required, we call these patches. You can identify the patch you are on via the date next to the version number.

SQL:

Version: Chintaro releases versions for major changes throughout the year. The SQL Version number is the Year.Month.Date, and is the same as the effective date.

You can check for patches using this solution at any time, and we suggest doing this on a fortnightly/monthly basis. If you would like to know what patches have been released between versions, please scroll to the bottom of the "Release Notes" solution and there is a list of each patch since the update was released: What's new in 6.1.21
