To find the version and effective date you are currently running go to the Home Screen of Chintaro, and look at the top left-hand corner of the screen, next to the word CHINTARO:


ACCESS (Versions prior to October 2018):

Version: Chintaro releases versions for major changes throughout the year. e.g The Access screenshot shows version 6.1.21 the next would be 6.1.22. 

Effective Date: In between releasing versions we make necessary fixes and enhancements to the system as required, we call these patches. You can identify the patch you are on via the date next to the version number. 



ACCESS (Versions post October 2018):

Version: The Version number is the Year.Month.Date, and is the same as the effective date. 


You can check for Access patches using this solution at any time for the latest version (it's suggested users do this on a monthly basis). 


SQLx:

Version: The SQL Version number is the Year.Month.Date, and is the same as the effective date.
