Personalised Online Training costs $2000

This is both our best value training solution and also our most effective method of training for individuals and smaller groups.  Trainees can attend sessions from anywhere that has a computer and internet access, so it is also beneficial for customers in remote locations or who have trainees stationed in different locations.  It includes:

  • Online needs analysis workshop which enables us to design the most appropriate training modules for your organisation.
  • Training that is tailored to your organisation's needs, delivered via GoToMeeting at a pace in line the trainees' capabilities. Sessions will be delivered until your designated "Chintaro Champion*" can confidently use Chintaro and share this knowledge with other colleagues.
  • Unlimited online and telephone support.

Onsite Training costs $3500 + travel expenses**

This training is more appropriate for large groups who have access to a suitable training environment***.

  • Online needs analysis workshop which enables us to design the most appropriate training modules for your organisation.
  • One day of tailored training delivered onsite.
  • A dedicated Support Team member available to you on the next business day following your training to assist with finalising Chintaro's implementation at your organisation.
  • Online follow-up sessions delivered via-GoToMeeting to ensure that your designated "Chintaro Champion*" can confidently use Chintaro and share this knowledge with other colleagues.
  • Unlimited online and telephone support.
