If a user has forgotten their password, your System Administrator has the ability to clear the current password and reset it.
To reset a user’s password, from the Security screen, highlight the user that the password will be reset for, in the Select User field.
The password will now be cleared. You will get a message advising the user’s password has been cleared.
Enter a temporary password for the user in the New Password & Verify fields. Click Apply.
The user will now be able to log in to their Chintaro account using their temporary password you provided, and change their password via System Maintenance> Security.
