NOTE: There is no new reporting template for 2019. You will need to run the report using the 2014-2015 template (attached to this solution) and enter the information in CHIMES.
If you do not have the 14/15 template, download the template attached and save it in your Chintaro\Data\Templates folder. If you try and run the report without the template, you will get an error message to say the template does not exist.
Setting up Chintaro to populate the Housing Registrar Report
The first thing that you must check is that you have KPM Types allocated to your Programs you wish to include on the report. To check this, go in to System Maintenance > Reference Tables > Program:
Select each Program row with a KPM Type of either Long Term, Transitional or Rooming House.
Next, you need to ensure that all of your Tradespeople have a KPM Maintenance Type selected.
Click 'Tradespeople' in the Toolbar and open each Tradesperson's screen. Select the KPM Maint Type as either Agency Contacted, Agency Delivered or Government:
Running the Occupancy Calculation
The KPM Report will only run if you have completed the Occupancy Calculation (or the HPF Report) for the entire financial year. If you have not run the Occupancy Calculation for the entire financial year, Click here to view the Solution for the Occupancy Calculation.
How to run the KPM Housing Registrar Report
To run the Key Performance Measures Housing Registrar Report, from the Vic Reports Sub-Menu, click KPM Housing Registrar Report
The KPM Report screen will open (NOTE: the screen will say 2014-2015 Report. There has been no change made to the template or report since the 2015 report):
The Start of Financial Year Date and End of Financial Year Date will default to the 2014 - 2015 and must be changed to the year you wish to report on.
Select an Output Folder that the file will be saved to by clicking the ellipsis button (with 3 dots).
Select an Output File Name - this will default to KPMReport.
Click You must click Calculate before you click Create Report
The KPM Report will be created in the Output Folder you selected.
