Chintaro Search Screens have additional functions at the top of the screen. The functions vary depending on which Search Screen you are in, but the Client Search Screen functions are as follows:



SMS: Clicking the SMS function will open a pop-up box where you are able to send an SMS to a Client you select, if the Client has a valid Mobile Phone number and if you have an SMS Account set up in Chintaro.


Email: Clicking the Email function will open a pop-up box where you are able to send an E-mail to a Client you select, if the Client has a valid Email address. All Emails that are sent from Chintaro will be kept in your Sent Items folder in your desktop Email system, and all replies will be sent directly to your Inbox.  

 

Word Merge: Clicking the Word Merge function will open a pop up box where you are able to select a Word Merge letter to send to a selected Client. 

 

Add Client: Clicking the Add Client function will take you to an empty Client screen where you are able to add a new Client to the system (Click here to view Solution: Adding a New Client).

 

Show All: Clicking Show All will remove any filters that you have applied and displays the Search Screen default view (all Active records). 

 

Print: Clicking the Print function will immediately print a report of the data displayed on your screen. You can filter the search screen before clicking print to print a filtered list of Clients, or leave the search screen as the default to print a report of all the Clients in your system.

Export: Clicking the Export button will immediately export the data on the search screen to a Microsoft Excel document for use outside of Chintaro. You can filter the list of Clients before clicking export for a filtered list of Clients, or leave the screen’s default to export the data regarding all the Clients in your system.

Exit: Will Exit the current screen and take you back to the previous screen.
