Error #2467 after Updating Chintaro Version

If you have updated your version and you are receiving an Error #2467, you will get a error message like the one below:



To fix this, you will first need to ask everyone to log off Chintaro. 


Then, open Chintaro again and go to System Maintenance> Reference Tables> Parameters, and scroll down until you get to "UpdateVersion" in the Parm column.


Enter 6000 in the Parm Number column.


Close Chintaro and re-open again. 


If the message persists, please contact support@chintaro.com.au advising you have attempted to reset the version but the issue is still occurring.
