Pre Installation Check List

Chintaro requires Microsoft Access 2007, 2010 or 2013 to be installed on each Client PC.

If these versions are not installed on your Client's PC's, you can use the Microsoft Access 2013 "runtime version" which is provided free from Microsoft. Google "Access Runtime 2013" to find out where to download the setup.

Adjust MS Access Security Settings

Locate the Chintaro_Demo folder on your C Drive, Inside you will find a file called 'Remove Security Warning.bat'.

Double click this file and you should get the message (blow) appear. Press OK.

Adjust MS Access Security Settings

If you are not using the Runtime Version, Microsoft Access's default security settings (Trust Centre) need to be adjusted before you can run Chintaro.

Depending on your local environment, you might need assistance from your system administrator to do this.

Trust Centre Settings

When running Access, the Trust Centre Settings have to be adjusted in order to allow Chintaro to run properly.

The following steps need to be taken:

1. Open Microsoft Access

2. Select Options from the Menu.

3. Select Trust Centre from the menu on the left, then click the box titled 'Trust Centre Settings':

4. Select 'Macro Settings' from the menu on the left, then tick the 'Enable All Macros' option
